Bath Soaks and Body Care

Soap and bath pieces from Flamingo Estate, made in California from botanical ingredients. The range sits between thirty-five and fifty-five dollars, and every piece is chosen for what is inside the bar rather than how it looks on a shelf.

The Jasmine Damask Rose soap is the one most people start with. It is packed with jasmine and damask rose, and eight essential oils go into the bar, which is what gives it the layered quality that a single-note soap does not have. It is also the piece the brand describes as the most beautiful thing they have made.

The Adriatic Muscatel Sage is the other signature. Sage is the official scent of Flamingo Estate, and the bar takes it as the base, blending sun-warmed sage with rosemary and thyme. The result is herbaceous and full of camphor, which clears the air rather than sitting sweetly on the skin. The Rosemary Green Leaf runs in the same herbal direction.

The soap bricks are the format worth knowing about. At twelve ounces they are much larger than a standard bar, rectangular rather than shaped, and they last considerably longer. They are made to be cut if you prefer a smaller piece by the sink, and the size is what makes them work as a gift rather than an add-on.

There is also an activated charcoal bar in the range. All of them are vegetable-based rather than tallow, and they rinse clean without leaving a film.

If you are buying for someone whose tastes you do not know, or looking for a smaller piece, the jasmine is the safer choice and the sage is the more distinctive one. Both arrive in packaging designed to be given.

We keep the range in stock. If there is a particular scent or bar you are looking for that you are not able to find on the website, reach out to us and we will be glad to help.
